Windows 7 as latest operating system, the Microsoft improved that in every detail. Thus, it is a mistake of feeling that. Do you try few Windows 7 tips & tweaks for optimizing it? Yes, it runs much faster than other operating systems in past. However it does not mean you do not have to tweak Windows.

Windows 7 Ready for Manufacturing – Final RTM Confirmed

Finally after lot of speculation, Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 7 is ready for Release Manufacturing. At Microsoft Global Exchange (MGX) Conference Steve Ballmer made this announcement.

It was expected that Windows 7 RTM 7600 will be final RTM. This means that after various testing and validation checks Windows 7 is ready for release. Windows 7 Blog also confirmed that RTM is sign off.

Some torrent sites are calming that final RTM is available for download. The latest build is 7600.16385.090713-1255.

ISVs/IHVs/MSDN and Technet Subscribers: August 6th
Volume License with Software Assurance: August 7th
Microsoft Partner Program Gold/Certified Members: August 16th. Remaining languages will be available by October 1st.

Windows 7 Build 7600 RTM Leaked

It’s not to long we had posted about Windows 7 build 7264 is leaked. This time news is Windows 7 RTM build 7600 is leaked. It’s huge jump from 7264 to 7600. There are rumors that this build is very near to final release.

Windows 7 Center source are claiming China have already got Windows 7 RTM, and is in the process of leaking it. As for now only Windows 7 RTM x64 has been leaked but no news about x86 leak. Some part is already be uploaded to torrent site and some is still uploading. So it will be available to download from torrent sites.

Some sources are saying soon Microsoft will announce final release of Window 7.

Windows 7 is near its final release. Any error or problems are solved and a new Windows 7 RTM is build. This time news is that latest Windows 7 Build 7264 is created and is leaked on some torrent sites.

Every time a new build is created it means some problems are solved and something new is added this thing attracts lot of Windows 7 user and there are many who make available latest build.

The latest build string is 6.1.7264.0.win7_rtm.090622-1900 and another rumor is that another build 7265 is also compiled.

Great New Features in Windows 7

You may have read lot on Microsoft’s upcoming OS Windows 7. There are lots of great new features which make Windows 7 different from previous Windows versions.

I found that this time Microsoft has not just put old wine in new bottle its really new wine. This time Microsoft has not just focus on look but there are lots of small things which are added or improved in Windows 7.

Ribbon no Toolbar – Microsoft introduced Ribbon in office 2007 replacing menu bar and toolbar. This was the great move but there was nothing like that in Windows Vista but in Windows 7 Microsoft has added ribbon in its many program like WordPad, Paint etc which make them much better to work.

Snipping Tool – There was only one feature if you need to capture screen image which was using “Print Screen button on your keyboard and you have to paste that image to any Word processor of graphic software. If you want to capture only a part of screen then you have to use any third party software which can cost you.

In Windows 7 there is a tool called “Snipping Tool” with the help of this software you can capture any area of the screen and save that image to PNG, GIF, JPG etc format.

Screen Resolution Settings – Another good change in Windows 7. Screen Resolution settings are made separate in Windows 7 and it is now with new style to change resolution. Have a look…

Desktop Theme – Now you can customize Windows much better then before. Windows 7 comes with 6 different desktop themes and all are great.

Much Better Task Bar – Windows 7 taskbar is better then Vista taskbar if there are lot f application open then you will not run shot off taskbar space. In Windows 7 when you open an application a small square box is places for that application and which is much powerful.

Much Better Graphics – Windows Vista will be remembered for its look. Windows 7 looks are about same as Vista but Windows 7 graphic is much better then before. Windows transparency is much better, much better color combination, cool wallpapers etc it is better to have a look to Windows 7 to find its powerful graphics.

Much Faster then Vista – I have not checked Windows 7 speed scientifically but when I used Windows 7 I found it running faster then Vista. Many technology companies have taken Windows Vista and Windows 7 speed test and found Windows 7 is much faster then Vista.
