Google Wave is still in beta stage but it has already created lot of buzz. Google Wave is another great project by Google.

Google Wave is platform where you can work and communicate from one place like:

Work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.

All groups’ members can reply anywhere in the message edit the content and add participants at any point in the process. Then playback lets anyone rewind the wave to see who said what and when.

With live transmission as you type, participants on a wave can have faster conversations, see edits and interact with extensions in real-time.

You can add different Wave extension to increase its power.

Till now Google Wave is available by invitation only. You cannot directly signup for Google Wave you need invitation from your friends to get signup for Google Wave.
