As you know recently Microsoft released its latest search engine Bing. If you have searched thru Bing then you know how it 
is difference from old MSN search.
First I am confuse why Microsoft introduce a new search engine? It is known that Microsoft was not doing well with there search engine service and was getting lot of competition from Google and Yahoo.
If we see what is new in Bing then there are many new things starting from name it is a new name not just updated in MSN.
Looks: Everyone likes Google simple page not much on it a clean page. Microsoft is thinking to keep there page simple like
Google but they can’t copy design as Google so they put random image on page. I will say it looks good as every time you come to Bing it displays a new image which gives some freshness.
Search Result: When you will search on Bing you will not find any big difference in result style it is about same as Google
result style. Apart from that you will find related search keyword list at left which is new to any other search engine. Google recently introduce new feature “Show Option” which will filter and order search result with many more options like result from forum or result in last week or Year etc which is much better then Bing.
On Bing when you will move mouse on search result it will show related news on that result which is great and not found on Google. Result may be different for same keyword as it is there own separate algorithm.
Preference: If you want some preference in search style like changing result language etc according your interest. You have the option to do this in both Google and Bing. If you compare these options you will find Bing options are same as Google.
For me Bing looks copy of Google and don’t know how much it will become popular. Bing is in buzz these days as it is a new product from Microsoft and it will give many visitors to Bing in beginning. Whenever there is new product or service is offered by big players it creates buzz after sometime if that product is successful then only we can say that product is good same applies for Bing.
We have to wait for some time how Bing is performing but I will stay with Google as I am not much impressed with Bing.
